What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

Your driver's license or another type of government issued photo ID.

What are your fees and monthly charges?

There are no other monthly charges as parking and utilities are included in the rent!

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes you may, however there will be a month to month premium added to your account and your rent will increase to the current market value.

What utilities are included in my lease?

Heating, air conditioning, water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate.

How long is the term of the lease?

Our standard lease is 12 months.

Do you accept leases for short terms?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide short-term leases.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

On the 6th of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Yes we will.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Certainly, you can pay via the resident portal, or put a check in the drop box located at the security desk.

Do you have reserved parking?

We do not have reserved parking spaces.

Do you have cable services?

Comcast or AT&T services City Place Detroit.

Does the property have a fitness center?

Yes, it does.

Does the property have a swimming pool?

No, it does not.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Yes, we will.
